Question 1

What does The Butter Place do?

Accepted Answer

The Butter Place helps pharma, biotech, digital health, food and beverage, and research teams understand people on GLP‑1 medications. We recruit patients from our Cozy Butter GLP‑1 community for your studies, run patient surveys, online interviews and at-home product tests, always with members who choose to take part.

Question 2

Do you sell patient data?

Accepted Answer

No. We don’t sell member data or share contact lists. Clients receive combined results with no names, and we don’t report on any group smaller than 11 people.

Question 3

How do you recruit GLP‑1 patients for studies?

Accepted Answer

You send us your screener. We share your study with Cozy Insiders, who opted in to hear about research, and with our social media and podcast audiences in the US. Each person decides whether to take your screener and answers it directly with your team. Screeners commonly select by medication, time on treatment, age range, location and condition. You only pay for participants who complete your study.

Question 4

Who is in the Cozy Insiders research panel?

Accepted Answer

Adults in the US at every stage of GLP‑1 treatment: researching, just starting, in the middle, maintaining, regain, switching medications, stopping and restarting. Studies we can recruit for include people living with obesity, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, Hashimoto’s and other autoimmune conditions, fatty liver disease, heart disease and sleep apnea.

Question 5

What types of studies can you recruit for?

Accepted Answer

Surveys, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, diary studies, and home product tests.

Question 6

How much does GLP‑1 patient recruitment cost?

Accepted Answer

Recruitment costs $300 per completed participant, plus a $500 coordination fee for studies over ten participants. You pay participant incentives directly, and we bill half of your target at kickoff and the rest within 15 days after the study ends. We share full pricing for research and sponsorship on a discovery call.

Question 7

How is consent handled?

Accepted Answer

Members opt in to Cozy Insiders, then choose each study they join. Consent runs through your own screener and forms.

Question 8

Can our company or client stay anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your client’s name can stay private, and members are told what kind of company is asking. For surveys and product testing, you receive combined results with no names, and participant payments go through us.

Question 9

Who reports side effects during a study?

Accepted Answer

You do, under your own process, since your team runs the sessions.

Question 10

How is Cozy Butter different from other patient panels?

Accepted Answer

Cozy Butter is an active community founded by two internationally recognized obesity care advocates. Members use the community daily between doctor visits, so they answer with context about their own treatment. Everything we do focuses on GLP‑1 and metabolic health.

Question 11

Do you provide medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Cozy Butter is a community. Our work gives organizations patient perspective, and clinical guidance stays with medical providers.
